In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Custom Order Processing can take between 3-9 business days (Monday - Friday)
The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (3–7 business days), Expedite (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for either shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Expedite due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
You can track your order by entering the tracking number emailed to you on the Canada Post or other shipper's webpage, you chose upon checkout.
Shipped orders should arrive in 3 – 7 business days depending on delivery location.
Expedited shipping is only available on select products. Expedited orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00 am ET on a business day and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00 am ET will be processed on the following business day and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery.
Local Pick up, or Delivery:
Local pick up is available the same day until 6pm, or an agreed upon time thereafter.
Local delivery is available the following business day at around 2:00pm to most areas.

Refund & Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
